I got my car towed into the dealership on august 6, ****. I got a call to follow up on that Monday to verify what was wrong. I have the information to the advisor ******. The information was repeated and I verified. I asked if there would be a loaner and was told they didnt have one. The car was also there for an issue that I had going back and forth with Infinti and still as of today isnt fixed. They keep telling me there isnt anything wrong with the car when they have it. I have a sister that have the same car with no issues. Im not sure if this car is a lemon or not but I brought its certified. I got a call finally today august 17 that the car had been fixed. I leave the dealership not even 3 miles away and the car is doing the same thing aa before. The car is trying to shut down at *************************************************************************** I asked if there would be a loaner and again the answer is no. Im left with no car to get anywhere. I do have a job and only 1 car. I went another 2 miles maybe and now the car is cutting back at 30 mph. I have an extended warranty on the car to cover whatever the issue is and if not I would just pay. I dont believe my car is being serviced by a certified Infinti technician or they are guessing and not test driving the car once the part is replaced if they are even replacing the parts. Tho sis the only Infinti dealership that I can take my car too within 100 miles. Ive called consumer affairs and asked if I would be able to take my car to a ****** dealer and was told there is only one and thats in Washington. I live in VA thinking that she was talking about Washington **, but no she is talking about Washington state. What a waste of my time this is just crazy. Im not sure if you can do anything since theyre not accredited. Any help with this car and this dealership would be greatly appreciated.I think I just might have a lemon.
