      I took my car to Haley back in November 2021. It took 4 months to do engine tear down, eventuallly replacing engine. I got the run around during this time with Haley stating it was the warranty company's fault for the delay. The warranty company closed my case more than once due to no communication from Haley. I had to pay $2000 out of pocket for rental car because Haley did not provide loaner vehicle for 1st 30 days. They did cover about $1100 months later. I also had to pay $1000 up front for tear down which was covered by warranty. When I got my car back 4 months later, I discovered damaged parts on my engine done by Haley and they attempted to cover it up. They did replace parts damaged. My car had to go back a few weeks later because of transmission failure, nothing was wrong before engine replacement. I was told i had to pay my deductible, however when picking up the car my deductible was covered,, which leads me to believe damage was again caused by Haley with an attempt to cover it up. I've had my car back since beginning to middle of July and within about 2 weeks after picking up, it is still not running correctly.. also there is a Crack in the windshield that was not there before and a gap between front of car and hood

      Investment or was I sold a lemon?The car buying process doesnt have to be a stressful task however, after purchasing my vehicle with Haley GMC/BUICK in February of this year, it has been nothing but stress(or you could say short of it).Starting in April 6, 2022 and at least once a month(on average)afterwards, Ive taken my truck back to the very dealership I purchased it at ,only to be told something is wrong each time, increasing in repair and price as well!! Here are some dates 4/6/22, 4/29/22, 5/11/22, 6/7/22, 6/30/22, 7/6/22 to be specific(one of these dates) I took my truck and had my two front tires replaced, mounted and balanced only to return to the dealership the very next day because the regard for mine and my families safety was disregarded because the bolts/nuts were not replaced properly(and on one tire, a few were missing). No apologies were offered, no customer ********************** rendering an ounce of concern was offered to me!! I have spoken to a few associates and all assisted in some capacity in regards to servicing my vehicle. Each of these Haley employees have expressed the need for repairs, all different each time, for a vehicle that I have not had in my possession for 6months. HALEY GMC, I ask , is this how you conduct business? Is this your common practice to sell vehicles that are not of pristine quality? Do you not offer a guarantee to stand by your quality vehicles? Ive resorted to submitting a review that is less than stellar. At this time, due to my atrocious experience I would not refer your company to anyone for an exemplary experience in car buying. Haley GMC/BUICK, I welcome an opportunity to have dialogue with you about my my truck that has needed a legion of repairs and some plan of action to rectifying my concern.
