They are the worst!Signed a retainer on 10/7, hear nothing from ************************* (almost 15 days pass before anyone from Allen reaches out). Call, email and nothing. Finally sent one more email asking for a status or do we need to go with another attorney. ************ finally reaches out to schedule a Zoom call. In which the Zoom call had another attorney from another firm on the call, in which we knew nothing about, until ************ told that the case is consider a conflict of interest and that *********************** can help, which she is with another firm. Here we thought this call was with only Allen & Allen people, but clearly it wasn't. ************ told me that she reviewed the case and that it is a conflict of interest, clearly I am upset, bc it has been just about a month since the accident and you are now saying you can represent bc of this case is a conflict of interest WHEN it was not. I told her I wanted someone to call me that was above her, and I dismissed her off the phone. I get a phone call from Mr. ****** Allen and I tell him what happen, he seemed shocked that she had ******************** on the Zoom phone with us and Mr. ****** Allen also told me that the case was NOT a conflict of Interest. I can not recommend this firm to anyone, as they are by far one of the worst.
