            On Wednesday June 9th 2021 I went to visit my friend at Wicklow & Weston Apartments, At 7:34pm My vehicle 2007 Green Toyota Camry was illegally towed from **** ********* ** Fredericksburg VA by Dominion Towing South for "no permit." I had to pay $****** to have my vehicle release. My friend has lived at the residence for several years & confirmed the rules today with the management team at Wicklow & Weston Apartments and the management team confirmed my vehicle was illegally towed. The rules state "Any vehicle without a permit or Guest permit will be towed between dusk and dawn." If you look at the photos their driver took at or around 7:34pm that day, the sun was still up and if you look at the time the sun went down that day, it was 8:31 pm and according to the weather site dusk wasn't until 9:04pm on the 9th of June. I went out to my car before dusk & before the sun began to set at 8:15pm and my vehicle was gone. I am requesting to be reimburse back the $****** that I paid.
