Our septic tank was not functioning. We called Drainfield Solutions on November 9th to have someone inspect our tank. They insisted they couldn’t wait till a homeowner was home. After they preformed a $*** diagnostic they said our pump had ran itself dry and needed to be replaced and the on/off switch was not working which is why the pump ran dry. They said they had to special order our pump because we had a special system and would not be in for a couple of days. The very next day without calling they showed up at the front gate to our community to install the “special pump” They called my husband at work to have him give permission to let them into the community. My husband refused because we were not at home and then became suspicious. We researched our system only to find out our system is the most basic system. Not special in any way. He called drainfield to cancel our service order. At this time the secretary then became aggressive. Repeating the part they ordered was special. And what were they supposed to do. My husband then essentially told her we knew she was lying. We then hired a second company to come inspect the system. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with our pump and their “diagnostic” was completely fraudulent. But we were still forced to pay for it. I would like that payment back. Thank you.
