Complaint: Walls scheduled service for me on two occasions and failed to show at the scheduled time twice.

Desired Settlement: Walls correct their customer service to perform as promised.

Business Response: BBB spoke with ******* from the company and she stated that the first appointment, they called the consumer and explained that they would need to reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled and ******* stated that the consumer called to reschedule that appointment due to a meeting. The third appointment, ******* said the tech was running late and she called the consumer to tell them and offered a discount and she was told to forget about it.

Consumer Response: Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The problem was communication.  The company's reasons for failure to perform on time are valid, but the customer needs to be notified in a timely manner and not have to initiate the notification well after the promised appointment.
