On or about July 2021 Dominion Energy added approximately $644.00 to my address at my river home. The address from the transfer is located in Chesterfield County Virginia. I have never lived there. I have contacted ****************** and ************** and both have advised there has never been a lease in my name, I have never lived there and no utility services have even been in my name from 2018 to the present. The account from which the balance was transferred was not in my name not my DOB or SSN#. This has been verified by multiple reps at Dominion and they refuse to correct the issue. They disconnected my service at my river home in October 2023 without notice or warning. In January of 2024 I went to the river home to discover that the electric had been turned off. The ridge in now ruined and was full of food that had rotted over the three months since shut off and was full of maggots and rotted food. There is no water and I was covered in rotted food and maggots trying to clean up the rot off the floor and fridge and freezer. Dominion is aware that the account was not in my name and and none of my identifiers. They are requiring me to pay $889.00 to have the power turned back on. I am a cardiac patient of 4 heart attacks and they stress today caused me to have to pull over at a near fire **** and seek medical attention they had me so upset. If this is not rectified within the next ten days I will have no alternative other that to seek civil action in the courts. This will cause further damages to my claim as well as attorney fees. Dominion refuses to provide me with documentation of the alleged debt with signatures for the application and or verification of information to validate the debt. I have verified with the owner and property manager that the debt is not mine and I never resided at that location anytime from 2018 to the present. Every rep I have spoken with gives me different information and advises they do not have access to the account. No help there.
