            The sales people, start out nice and helpful. Right up to the point where we got delivery of the products. The products they sell are garbage. I received four out of five kitchen cabinets that were defective or damaged in some way. The quality of the workmanship was below that of Lowe's and Home Depot, for more than what you would pay at both stores. When I filed a complaint, the attitude was one of take it or leave it. They could replace what I bought, but could not assure me that the replacements I received would be delivered on time or in working condition. I was offered a refund or replacement with equally low quality products of unknown status. Their attitude was take it or leave it. Being an individual customer and not a corporate account or construction business, I feel as though I was treated as a side show and not a paying customer. If you use Reico, do so at your own risk. If you are a Veteran, go to Lowe's. At least you can get 10% of stock cabinets. You don't have to pay full price for junk.
