      Untrustworthy used car dealership, do not buy from them. I purchased a used 2021 Mustang ************** from ******************************* in Sept '23. Once home, the car's modem did not work. I broad it to Sheehy **** of ************, who diagnosed the issue & ordered the new parts. In February '24, the parts arrived. I brought the car back to ************ to have the modem replaced, which was supposed to be a two-day job. It has been there since 2/1/24. They replaced the modem but now are waiting for **** HQ Tech to re-write the programming so they can upload it to the car. This dealership sold me a car without informing me the modem did not work from the beginning. Again, the modem has not worked since purchased the car and the car has been at the dealership since 2/1/24 while **** HQ is taking their sweet time in assisting with the fix.

      We empathize with the issue **************** has experienced with his Mach-E, but the issue did not present itself until after delivery. Connecting the **** Pass is not part of the pre-delivery inspection since it has to be connected to the final customer after purchase. I know that our ************ store has been working with **** engineers and **************** to find a resolution to the software issue. **************** was also provided a courtesy loaner vehicle during this time. As a recent update to the matter, our ************ store facilitated trading **************** out of his Mach-E into a brand new one this past Saturday 3/30/24.

      I bought a **** **** ***** from these guys earlier this year and had an agreement to fix tow panels on the truck they fixed the truck like I asked on agreement but with some very sloppy paint work. Later I contacted them and showed them what was going on at first they didn’t want to help me once I layed the facts out they were very helpful in getting my truck fixed properly! 5 stars on my end!

      I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the worst experience of them all. I was sold a **** **** ***** *** by Kenny and explained to him thoroughly that tow capacity was the driving factor in my vehicle selection. Kenny assured me that the tow capacity was ****** I purchased the truck and about three months later as we were researching a new travel trailer I learned the capacity was in fact 10,700 pounds. I tried several times to seek a resolution, I contacted every person in the Sheehy executive team, and finally the GM contacted me, he agreed to purchase the truck back, but they refused to assist me in replacing it. It was my primary vehicle and I could not be without a vehicle. They are deceitful, unprofessional, and will lie if it makes you purchase a vehicle.

      Mr. *** purchased a used ***** from us back in April of 2020. Several months later, he contacted us explaining that he did not have the proper towing capacity he needed for a new trailer he was looking at. He felt that our salesperson provided the wrong info at the time of sale in determining the accurate tow capacity of the *****. Towing capacities vary by engine and model and that info is available online for consumers to research as well, but I still agreed to go ahead and refund him 100% of the purchase price of the truck even though several months had passed since the purchase date. Mr. *** was agreeable to that proposal but also wanted us to help him find another truck at a certain price point that would match all of his preferred equipment criteria. We attempted to but we were unable to find such a vehicle that matched his request, nor was he able to find it on his own. So, Mr. *** ultimately decided to keep the ***** he had bought. That was the last conversation we had on this matter back in August of 2020 and I considered it resolved at that time. I am a bit surprised that this has suddenly resurfaced 9 months later in the form of a BBB complaint when I had already addressed it and had provided a fair resolution back in August of 2020. Thank you for allowing me to respond to this matter.
