            My car was brought in for service and the service was done incorrectly. I’ve tired peacefully dealing with this issue. They have refused to fix my car or give me a refund. I also contacted Mazda corporate, but they said they couldn’t help. I emailed Pearson Mazda again, and they have yet to respond. I would like for my car to be fixed by a different dealership, and paid for by Pearson Mazda. I have provided a picture of my car before service (with the red circles depicting the area that was messed up after Pearson Mazda serviced my car) The 2 pictures of the outside of my car with my hand on it were the after I noticed my car wasn’t repaired properly. The 3 pictures with black plastic are at Whitten Mazdas body shop, they attempted to fix it to no avail. Pearson Mazda serviced my car on: 8/24/2021 Whiten Mazda attempted to fix this issue caused by Pearson Mazda on: 9/10/2021 I requested a refund from AMEX, which they provided. Only for labor however. The part I still paid for.

            I took my car in for a extended display recall and service rep reported it was covered. Later to be called by another Service rep and reported it was not in the computer. ***** quoted was 400 and when arrived price was over 600. I do not appreciate nor will do business with a company that cannot quote accurate prices or follow thru when asked. I have been a customer for multiple new ********************** vehicles in my family and will no longer purchase vehicles or recommend them to Pearson.
