Complaint: I bought a vehicle from Gateway Hyundai in 2007. I traded that vehicle in at another dealership on 8/30/12 and immediately after, I went to Gateway to cancel remaining *** ********* and extended warranty on the vehicle I traded. I was told I would receive a refund check in about 4 weeks. I noticed that they had an old address listed and didn't want the check mailed there, so I gave my current address and was assured that they'd make sure it got to the right place. When I still hadn't received the check after 2 months, I called Gateway. The gentleman I originally worked with ***** was on vacation and someone else was filling in for him. He advised me that he had to look into it and would try to give me a call back. I never heard back from him. I called back a few weeks later and spoke with ***, who told me he would find out what happened and give me a call back. After several weeks I still hadn't heard back from him, so I called and spoke with him again. This time he said he needed to have someone else research it and would call me back. It has been several more week and I still haven't heard from him and still haven't received a check.
Desired Settlement: I'd like someone to return my call, let me know what happened and what's going on, and get my check to the right address.
