            Hi, I am missing a couple of packages in transit from Melrose Park, Illinois, shipping facility. There have been many packages missing from there! **********************, missing since November 10th! Not sure what is going on with it or that facility in general! I have reached out a couple of times to the different facilities "facilitating" this shipment, DHL, FIRSTMILE, USPS. In general I feel this facility needs to be looked into after reading many reviews on packages never showing up to a customers doorstep! Everybody keeps telling me, "they don't know." ' I really would like to try and find that package that everybody seems to be putting it off on the other shipping partner.             They claim my package was delivered to regional post office and it was not *** at firstmile tried to clean up their error by claiming that the post office is backed up 14+Days she even gave me their **** Rep **** *********************** who knows if this person even exist, anyway spoke to my regional post office that stated that any and all packages dropped off by shipping partners over the weekend had been accounted for and my package was never delivered like firstmile states on their tracking status I advised the post office what *** at firstmile stated about them being backed up she laughed and said it was not true they are on schedule so after reading all the negative reviews online as well as on social media platforms I do believe Firstmile lost my package somewhere and who knows where its sitting i also want to add that the item Ive been waiting for is valued at $300.00 and it looks like they wont be doing anyhing to take care of this for me looks like i lost out on cash!! Do not use FirstMile as a logistics shipping company you will eventually loose out on money and you'll have to deal with unecessary complaints and headaches
