            I purchased a large freeze dryer in 2022, which has failed to work as expected. Despite minimal use, it has only successfully completed fewer than ten batches. The main issue has been with the compressor, leading to the machine being sent for repairs twice already. Each repair was meant to fix this issue, yet it persists.Now, with the warranty expired, I've been told I must cover shipping costs for any further repairs. Given the minimal use and repeated failures, this situation seems unfair. The device has not performed as promised, indicating a possible defect or inadequate resolution to the repairs.I am seeking the BBB's help to resolve this matter with the manufacturer. I request either a permanent fix to the compressor issue at no additional cost, including shipping, or a replacement of the device. The repeated malfunctions and additional financial burden placed on me for a product that has consistently failed to meet its advertised capabilities is unacceptable.I have all relevant documents, including proof of purchase, communication with the manufacturer, and repair records, ready to support my claim.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter

            I bought a freeze dryer and I have used it for 45 sessions. That is over a little over a three-year period and my oil free pump went out. Which I thought was very interesting because theyre saying that once it hits three years that is the lifespan of the pump however Ive only gotten ************************************************************ spare time to freeze dry candy with my kids, I thought it would be more have lasted longer. I look at it like a car. They will tell you that the average lifespan might be miles, but also years. Such as 10 years or ******* miles whichever comes first however this company is not specifying that and theyre telling me that I need to buy a brand new one even though I barely used it because its over three years old. Has anyone else had this issue? Im honestly very disappointed considering I bought more expensive and Ive only done 45 sessions at 24 hours a session.

            Just like every other piece of equipment, they wear out and need to be replaced or repaired. Harvest Right has great deals on refurbished premier pumps that are much better than the oil-less pumps. Ask our customer service representative for details.
