              I booked a vacation for 6 with Maupin and 3rd party they used made a major mistake which I had to catch and if I wouldn't my vacation would have not happen. I paid them almost $10,000 to book flight and hotel when they only booked 1 flight instead of 6. I spent 3 hours on the phone with ******** which they forward me itinerary of what was booked by them and it was not correct. Agent and Travel Impression spent 6 hours to get my situation corrected and all I got was an apology and a refund that I was entitled due to overpayment and now I have to wait for 30-60 days to get my money. As a customer I expected more from them. This is not how I expected them to service me. I feel like I worked harder to get my trip finalized than them and this is bad business.
