              We signed a contract with rising sun on 3/15/2022 and paid a deposit on 3/16/2022. Construction on our pool actually began 7/8/22. From there we were told that we would be done in 6-8 weeks which would have guaranteed that we would be swimming before summer ended. It has already been 12 weeks and not only is our pool not completed, but there has not been any work done on it for the past several weeks. I have reached out to multiple people for updates and no one people has been any more helpful than the last.

              They say they specialize in installing pools on my pool they had was installed many years ago and they came to fix it. They also promised that they would put the salt in it and start it up so that it would be running and generating chlorine in the water. Of course I didnt put enough salt in it so then I got more salt and put it in there. That still didnt work so I got more salt, it also had a leak remember they were paid $10,000 to fix this pool and complained that all these things were extra and still didnt do it after they promised they would terrible terrible service to work with I would not recommend this place at all. They will try to sell you everything and give you absolutely no help and promise you everything.
