I had this company come and help me replace my roof after they inspected my roof back in 2019 and determined it needed to be repaired. My home owners insurance agreed with them and approved for the roof to be repaired and some work inside the house. In 2021 contacted a Mr ******** who told me he will come and inspect the roof after I told him I was still under warranty. He assured me that he'll fix the problem especially as I reminded him that I was within the warranty period for both the product and service. We agreed to meet for the inspection and twice he stated he was running late and could not meet at the time we had initially agreed. He then stated he will come at a time I was at work because I needed the issue identified and resolved. He then called me and stated he could not identify where the leak was coming from but he will send someone to caulk the vents as he thinks this will fix the issue. A guy with a grey van came and went up on the roof and I watched him put the caulk and he said that should fix the problem. I even showed him where the leak was showing in the upstairs bedroom and he acknowledged it then said the caulking should fix it and if it not, to go ahead and call the office back. It then rained about a week or two later and it was clear the issue is not resolved. I have tried calling the office leaving several messages to no avail. No calls are being answered or returned. I had another roofer go up and he explained that he will need to have some shingles replaced due to them not being nailed down properly. I attempted to get *** to send me replacement shingles and they say they do not have waranty info and to contact TRR. I am trying to get the roof repaired since it is still under warranty. TRR has refused to resolve this issue as it is their workmanship and therefore they should pay for another company to come and do the repairs that they refuse to do that is still under waranty. I don't trust that they can resolve this issue in good faith
