I ordered a crucifix from this establishment, and I asked for a tracking number. After a few days, they said that they can't provide one because this item that I purchased (which came out to 71 dollars including shipping, since shipping is somehow 15 dollars) is out of stock! They said that I should have KNOWN that the product was out of stock because it said that it was on the website. Nowhere on the website did it say such a thing, so they lied about that. They proceeded to tell me that they just ordered it and will contact me with a tracking number. I took that moment to go on the website to MAKE SURE that I was correct that there was no indication that the product was out of stock so I took a snapshot of the item and sent it to them, and showed them the proof of the lack of indication. Since they told me that they JUST ordered it that day, then it could not possibly be in stock, so the item should still read "out-of-stock" if they were telling the truth. Of course, they were not telling the truth. I have all of the evidence of our correspondence, and the picture, which was clearly taken on the day that they said that they just ordered it from the vendor. I told them that I would rather have my money back than wait a long time for this expensive crucifix that I can get somewhere else. Of course, they made no attempt to answer my email, because I am sure that they want me to wait for the crucifix instead. I want to get the BBB in on this because this is a violation of my rights as a customer. I asked for my money back, and I should have that. A business is supposed to get back to their customers within 24 - 48 hours.
