Complaint
I scheduled service through their online service and they did not show all three times, even after they were confirmed and reminders sent to me.
I purchased the ****** ****** deal for Gutter Cleaning for $46 on October 22, 2013. I scheduled the appointment using they online scheduler for January 20 at 11:30am. They sent reminders and confirmation emails and never showed up or called. I called to inquire and they never returned my phone call.

I scheduled another appointment for Feb 13, however due to the snowstorm, they called and said they couldn't perform the gutter cleaning and I should wait until the weather gets better. I told them the deal expires on February 27, and they said they would honor it after this date due to weather.

I scheduled a third service online for April 1 at 11am and received confirmation and reminders. Again they did not show up, or call to cancel. I called and left a voice mail and texted as well, but no response since.

This is such poor customer service to not even call a customer back. We take time off from work to get home and to not even call or show up is highly disrespectful, especially after they have my money for the service.

I recommend not using this 'company' for anything.

Desired Settlement
I would like a refund of $46 for my *************, since they never intended to complete the service.

My email address was hacked and I did not receive emails to respond to this complaint in time.
I am very sorry to hear the customer was not able to redeem the voucher. We have had some problems scheduling and have been short staffed during the promotion but have made every effort to try to reschedule any missed appointments.
In the case of a ************* refund, customer should go obtain refund from ************* as I am not paid for unredeemed vouchers and since this voucher was not used then I would not be holding the customer's money.

Paid for ************* voucher for gutter cleaning but company now unreachable and not honoring appointments.
I purchased a ************* voucher for gutter cleaning services for $71. I scheduled an appointment online but s snowstorm came through during the first appointment and I never heard back from him for rescheduling. When I called him after he didn't show for the second appointment, he had no plans to come at that time but he said he would come in the afternoon. He never showed. He never showed for the third scheduled appointment nor was he reachable after that point. I have left over 4 voicemails in the last 2 weeks but he has not responded. He responded to one email a week ago but I never heard back from him after my quick response despite his 'apologies' for all of the delays. His phone is now not accepting calls. It has been over a month since the first appointment was schedule and two weeks since the third appointment was schedule and he hasn't shown any intention of honoring the voucher I purchased.

Desired Settlement
I am seeking a refund to what I paid for ************* or for the service to be completed.
