    On Tuesday January 3, I booked a job with this company. I needed furniture moved from one room to another and I needed a few pieces of junk hauled away. The biggest piece that I needed hauled away was a ****** Elliptical that weighs in excess of 400 pounds. When I scheduled my appointment on January 3, I let the coordinator know this and she said the crew would take it apart and move it that way. My appointment was confirmed for Saturday January 7 with an arrival window of 3pm-5pm. On January 7, I called for an ETA at 4pm. I was told the crew's previous job was taking much longer than expected, but they would arrive by 5pm. I got another call at 4:50pm saying that the crew would not be able to come after all because the previous job was "just too big" and it was "getting dark out." When I expressed my extreme displeasure at being told last minute that no one was coming, a team was sent out to my house. They arrived at 5:30pm and had no idea that I needed an elliptical machine moved. They had no tools with them and told me they couldn't move it with a team of less than 6 men (there was only 3 of them). I emailed the company on January 9 to let them know of my dissatisfaction and to inquire as to how they would fix the issue. I received an email from the customer service on Monday January 9, assuring me that a manager from that branch would contact me. I never heard from the Raleigh office. I had to reach out to them myself on Tuesday January 10 via phone. I spoke with ****** at 12:38pm and she said that the elliptical should have been picked up on Saturday and she would do some "investigating through ******" and get back to me about how and when they would come and get the elliptical. ****** never called me back. I called on Thursday with no success. I spoke with the office manager on Friday January 13 and she said ****** was on the phone but would call me right back. It is Tuesday January 17 and I still have heard nothing from anyone in this company.

    If I could give a zero I would have. We hired this company to move me out of my home that I sold and into an apartment. We wouldn't have needed to but I'm sick and had just had surgery.
    We thought this would be really helpful. The guys came into my home and talked more than worked. We had EVERYTHING we needed for the move already meaning boxes of all sizes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap and tape. We even had sharpie markers. We were very clear where everything needed to go.
    The guys were extremely unprofessional. They started playing their music, taking their shirts off and telling me all about their love lives. They even took candy from a drawer and asked if the could have it. When we got to the apartment they had put things in storage that clearly needed to be with us in the apartment. And they even threw things in the storage unit.
    They forgot to pack and entire closet, an island, and got upset with me when they forgot they needed to move the washer and dryer. They broke multiple items including a TV. We made a complaint and submitted it. But because we just moved everything out of storage we didn't know the complete amount of damage. So I called them today for them to help me as they promised up and down they would. Of course everyone that had talked to me is no longer with the company. They said they'd give us $81 total for the damages. That they only give $0.60 per pound of damage... that's not even enough to cover my daughters 40 gallon fish tank they shattered on the bottom. When I asked to speak with the owner *********** I was told by a guy named******* that he will not give me more than the $81 and I could hire a lawyer if I wanted. We paid almost $4000 for this move. Nobody should EVER use this company please!! They're awful and could not care less about their customers.
