              Wilson Medical is not a nice place. Sometimes companies hire the wrong people out of desperation and unwillingness to pay good people. I think it is a sad day when you want to further confuse elderly patients. Shame on you when you want to stand around and gossip about patients health. in earshot of a visitor.. Remember hipaa is very important. Everything is not always about money. Genuinely care about your patients. When you are a nurse dress and look like one please. You might think about hiring more nurses from withing your community and just pay them well .When someone goes into a hospital they should feel safe. A patient should have no fear of he staff while in the hospital. Watch your tone with patients and their families. If was no patients their would be no job or check. Just be kind. Everyone is fighting a battle of some sort.
