            • My husband and I order a custom build dinning room table, with 6 chairs and a buffet. The order was placed January 20, 2020. The total amount was $9,691.11 • There were delays in receiving the furniture due the pandemic, what should have 3 months took 8 months. I didn’t receive the furniture until July 2020. Also in August 2020, I ordered 2 additional chairs for $1351.35 • When looking over the table, the stain on the table didn’t match the buffet and chairs. After going back and forth with Wayside for MONTHS , the sales rep at wayside finally discovered that the manufacturer (******) used the wrong finish. Before that, they try to give me a lot of excuses as to why it was different. I literally had to insist on them ordering a new table to match the buffet. • In January 2021, I received the additional chairs, but the Fabric was wrong, so we had to return them. • It wasn’t until 2021 that we were able to get a new table ordered. In the meantime, we received new chairs in June 2021. The second set of chairs had the correct fabric but the wrong stain! Still no new table. • FINALLY, May 3rd 2022, I received the replacement table. I asked them to check it first. It was still wrong. The owner was argumentative and blamed me for this. • After 2 years I requested they take all of the furniture back and refund me my money. ****, the owner was so angry with me, that he charged me $250 to pick up the furniture before he would refund my over 10K (which included the additional chairs). He was awful. • I should be refunded the $250 for shipping. None of this my fault. My order was messed up 3 times and it took 2 years to try and get it right. This is insane, and I would like help retrieving the shipping costs that Wayside charged me. Now I have to start over looking for a dining room table. I can't entertain in an empty room. I believe Wayside was deceitful in their dealings. I have pictures and emails as well.
