Took my car in to have a part on the transmission fixed. Business doesn't do loaner cars, which where I'm from I should add they do. So I had to rent the car for $55 a day while waiting for it to get fixed. Dropped my car off on a Friday, was told the part had to be ordered so I did rent the car thinking okay it'll be like a week. The part came in on the following Tuesday which was no big deal. I kept calling and getting told it'd be a while. Then apparently the mechanic was sick so no one else could do my car. When it was all said and done I had to go show my **** to get my car fixed and it cost me almost $900 for the rental car because they couldn't get someone else to change the part on the car. Also when talking to the manager of the department he kept making smart remarks about it, instead of taking accountability for them keeping my car torn apart for 2 weeks not being touched. This is a completely terrible dealership that doesn't deserve business at all. It was one thing waiting on a part but for it to take 2 weeks plus a manager that thought it was funny on top of having to pay for a car to be able to get places was ridiculous l.
