I am very unhappy with my first dealing of booking a cruise with Thomas Tours & Travel in New Kensington. I booked a cruise for Sept 29 and at the time of the booking all I was given was a receipt with the total cost of the cruise along with insurance cost and total owed. No information on cancellation policies. So after alof of thought **** ***** and I decided we can't go. I called this past Tuesday spoke to Debbie who informed me after reading my policy that I would receive a full refund minus insurance cost as long as cancelled before June 28. I call yesterday Wednesday and cancelled trip and spoke to Michael who indeed me I would loose insurance cost 158, get 250 dollar credit for future cruise and check from Thomas Tours for around 125. Completely different from what Debbie told me day before. I explained how upset I was to Michael he says I can file insurance claim with insurance company for refund. I ask if I had him rebook the cruise what the cost is now the amount has gone up by 300 bucks. I am so done with Thomas Tours, please beware when booking with them I feel they are out to rip people off.
