Approximately around April 1st, we had severe tornadic storms. We lost several shingles on our house and pole barn. I called Roger of Rogers Roofing & Remodeling. Roger came out right way on Monday April 3rd. Roger said he could have it fixed that day. He sent his son over later in the day and replaced the shingles on both the house and pole barn. The shingles matched on the house but not on the pole barn, it is a different type of shingle. I called the next day and complained to Roger. He said for me to find out what shingle it was on the pole barn and he would replace it. I thought if you're an experienced roofer, you would be able to know that information. Anyway after a coupe of days I asked Roger to just come and take some shingles on the backside of the roof and put them where the new shingles were and take the new shingles and move them to the backside where no one would see them. He said he would do that. So Roger has not shown up yet, I have been calling him every week and always has an excuse. It would take about 15 or 20 minutes to fix this issue. He didn't have an issue showing up and the same day I called and charged me $400 to put a few shingles on, why can't he be professional and fix this issue?
