    We had a 5 year contract with this company. We reached out to them to cancel the contract prior to the contract expiring. It seems like they are trying to prevent customers from canceling their services. We had issues with them prior to deciding to cancel our service at the end of our contract. They provided us with defective refurbished toners. They would not send replacements. We are a business and we need our equipment, especially printers and copiers, to be functional. We cannot be without those devices. I have sent numerous emails only to be dismissed and asked to send the same information again. I spent 30 minutes on hold, waiting to talk to someone only to have the call disconnected. This is definitely not acceptable. We have been working on this since the fall of last year and they still haven't taken care of our request. Our contract ran out in november 2022 and they are continuing to send us past due notices. We paid them the overage for the contract and shouldn't have received more bills, but they continue to send them.

    This is the most unresponsive, and unhelpful company I have ever worked with. I had a contract with AmCom for 5 printers. The service that I received for those printers was subpar. If I ever needed help and called the customer help line I was given unhelpful information or my problem was misunderstood. My company was given a better contract with another company, so we followed all the correct procedures to close our account. We sent the letter, we emailed and asked where we can send the check. I was then contacted by our sales rep and told how unprofessional I was and how inappropriate it was that I can cancelling our contract. I have worked in customer service and never have I been spoken to like I was by our sales rep. *** then proceeded to incorrectly process our cancellation. It has been over 6 months and I have yet to get a resolution from AmCom. I have had to go to the leasing company directly to handle the closing of the account. If anyone is considering AmCom I would suggest any other company.
