I was in a car accident Dec 22, had oil change Dec 13 and they put wrong oil in from Mr tire, called and they said being it back so Dec 29 got it changed again took my car to murrysville classic auto replenish Dec 16 and its been there for 70 plus days . Was informed who did oil broke and stripped cap and pan was damaged. Took it to Mr tire when he said my car was fixed Mr tire said they can't fix it and then my car insurance stepped in and I D'said how about richlin i Imports and they towed it they diagnosed the issue found that and then said my timing chain should be replaced so that was 3500 additional I said if it needs it. Then they called and said it was fixed and ready, went to pick up and service engine light went on not 5 min driving it. Called them they said it wasn't them.. They said they will look and she said when I called they ordered parts to fix the vacuum and I'll let you know when its ready today April 5 she called said how would you like to pay? In like this was not an issue I had and should be covered..they didn't even tell me price of parts but instead of one issue she is now saying it's 3 issues they fixed. She said it could been damaged with fixing the oil pan but could be a press existing issue . They just make stuff up. I want my money back for this that was not my issue
