            In the early morning of May 11, 2022 I hit a dear on the way home from work. I had my car towed to Rohrich Collision center because I use their sister dealership Rohrich toyota for all my car maintence. For the approximately the first two weeks I did not here anything from the collision center and let it slide. After that I started calling weekly for updates on my car, as my insurance coveraged was about to run out for the rental, as I only get 30 days. From then on I pretty much called every week and was either sent to a) a voicemail box where I left a message requesting a call back, or b) the secratary took my information an promised to have someone call me back, which to much of my suprise no one ever did, one day the secratary did tell me the center got the parts sand my car was in progress. Fast forward to early july, I'm still calling weekly and never so much as recieving a curtesy call back, finally one day out of sheer luck the secratary patches me threw to Tom C***** who apologises for the inconvience and says he will look into whats going on with my car. To my supise the following week i hear nothing, and the following week I decide to head out to thee dealership. There I meet tom and i'm told the only thing my car needs done is my headlights that are on back order, at this point I also explain how expensive oo pocket paying for my rental is, and i'm promised a loaner when one returns to the lot. The following monday I hear nothing, so wednesday I call asking for a loaner and the secretary tells me they don't have one and Tom C***** quit. This is not the entirety of my story, but due to character restrictions it wont fit, so I'm asking that you please email me for the rest of my story, because it gets worse, or find my google review for this buisness.
