I have a certified 2017 XT5 purchased for this dealership just over 2 years ago. I have had my vehicle here 5 times now with the same issue- The auto/stop start isn't working. Everytime the service department told me the battery is the issue. I even has a parasitic draw test performed on my battery prior to them installing the *** battery and the vehicle isn't pulling any voltage from something within the vehicle to cause the battery to be bad. I've replaced my battery 3 time (the 3rd time they replaced it with an *** battery) and it's still not working. ***** the service manager just told me there isn't anything wrong with my vehicle and theres a list of conditions that have to be meet for the auto stop/stop to function properly and as far as his concern the vehicle is in working conditions. Im well aware of this list. My auto stop/start worked for about 3 or 4 days after they installed the *** battery and STOPPED just like the other two times I've replaced my battery. I wish I could give a -10 stars to because they surely don't deserve the 1 star that has to be on here!

I have the XT5 SUV. It was taken to the collision center on May 31, 2022. I was told at that time after the Manager looked at the damage! I should be done in about a week, I will be able to get what I need. That obviously didnt happen. I was then told I dont want to promise a specific day, but it will be ready either Thursday August 4th or Friday August 5th. Well it is now August 13th and I cant get any information. Also, getting anyone to call me from collision's is near impossible. I have received 3 calls since May 31st. I have made more than a dozen, in an attempt for information. The 3 calls were because of a call I made into Collisions.I own two Cadillacs and the Sales and Service has been amazing. But I would advise against using Rohrich Collision support.Unfortunately ther is no option for a negative 5 (-5) would be my rating.

I have a 2013 Cadillac XTS. The drivers side rear brake light went out. I scheduled an appointment to have the problem fixed on 7-30-2021. I was told by the dealer that I needed an electrical module to correct the problem. They replaced the module. The invoice stated that the new module cost was $249.15. The labor to install the module was $130.00 per hour. The total including taxes was $394.99. I did some research and found the module price ranged from $25.00 to $35.00. They charged approximately 10 times the price of the module. I had a front headlight replaced on 5-14-2021 and they charged $309.94 for the bulb and $49.98 for the half hour to install it. This was another extremely escalated price for a bulb. The total to replace that bulb was $385.12. There has to be some limitations on how much dealers can escalate prices of parts comparable to the actual price of a car part. I basically had 2 lights installed and paid a total of $753.11. UNBELIEVABLE
