Staff really doesn't want to work with customers. No one returns calls. They are constantly giving me names and putting me in voicemails of people who have nothing to do with what I need. They don't stand behind their products and they don't offer any solutions. I bought a car in April, I have had it back in for repairs 4 times in 7 months. I had to have it towed twice, paid UBER money for rides to work and for a loaner, I have paid for repairs not covered by an expensive warranty. Their service department is the only department willing to work with me because they want their loaner back. I have been threatened by the dealership after calling them for a solution for over 3 weeks and stopping in to talk with someone and being told they will call me later in the day. No one did. Their customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else for any vehicle purchase. New or used

******, I apologize for any communication issues you have experienced with the sales department. The other things you mention in your review are very surprising, however. We have made every effort to assist you with the issues you have had with the vehicle you purchased. Unfortunately, when we sell an 8-year old car, we cannot predict future mechanical failures despite a thorough reconditioning process. The problems you have experienced are not covered components by the warranty company, they are considered wear items that can break down over time, yet we have paid for over $1500 of repairs as a courtesy and given you loaner vehicles free of charge. I am unaware of any threatening regarding the loaner vehicle you are still driving. My understanding is that you were simply asked to come in to sign a renewed agreement since the original had expired. Sales staff is terrible. Had to file a complaint against them just to get warranty info. Sad that they hang up on you and say owe you didnt buy that car here when you have paperwork stating you did. After the complaint they finally reached out to me then lied in the response on the complaint. But overall Id go elsewhere and stay far away from this dealer.
