I was ordering wholesale from steel city collectibles for months then an employee Scott N***** took it upon himself to charge my credit card without my authorization. I woke up to see unathorized charges so I messaged him. He said that he called ******* but he didn't answer so he thought it was okay to charge my credit card. First off my name is *** (who is ******* I still dont know). 2nd you called the wrong guy. 3rd that guy never answered. I was ordering product for months so I don't know why he decided to do things differently that day. This has since messed up my credit card billing Cycle for months. He said he removed the charge but I was recharged 3 days later us going back and forth for 5 months... He kept throwing the responsibility of his mischarge at everyone else. How am I at fault when SCOTT N***** made the mistake. The charge was not fully removed from my card. He stemrolled over the situation. His fingers entered the charge. His fingers dialed the phone to the wrong guy that never answered. Leaves me stuck speculating!! How many random numbers has he dialed? Is this the first time? Was I Lucky all those other months I ordered? The charge was Soley was his decision. This has since uprooted everything I had going on for me my family and the expansion of my business. I have suffered unfathomable monetary damages for the past 5 months from his actions. It's now Christmas and his name has come up every other day since the situation. He just won't take responsibility for the charge. Me trying to remove the charge is after the fact which led up to all of this. He is now also in the way blocking me from ordering more products my customers and collectors in the sports industry enjoy. It has pushed me to scramble and create own product in order to survive without being pushed out of my own business. Be careful if you are ordering products from this company. You want to get a sells representative that confirms orders before charging your credit card. This could have easily been avoided.
