The documents also show that the company has charged significantly more for work than the local average and that there are discrepancies in the signed paperwork. I never received any copies of the paperwork nor a detailed explanation of why the work needed to be done. The sewer and stack were in operable condition at the " repair time.” Shawn, the service technician who came to my house, told me he would complete the paperwork and submit it to my insurance and warranty companies since I was a new homeowner and didn't understand what he was saying. Knowing I was in a desperate situation with financial concerns from being a single mom and disabled veteran on a fixed income, shawn agreed to help. Using words like “sweetheart, hun, and honey,” (verified in voicemails) He assured me that he would do the work personally and collect 1500 cash at the end of services. To my surprise, I was mailed a maxed-out credit card for $14.529 issued in my name. I called Super Sullivan immediately to remedy the situation and was forwarded to Mike. He agreed to forward my concerns to Mr. Sullivan himself and confirmed the charged prices were steep and offered to negotiate a fair and reasonable price. A lack of communication shows there is no intention to resolve this issue without legal involvement. I have disputed the charges and will continue to file a complaint with the Attorney General and PA Human Rights Commission if I cannot settle this account. I want to settle for an amount that reflects: -local average costs -The illegal completion of paperwork on my behalf -Unwarranted misogynistic name calling. -Misinformation of the work needing to be done I'm seeking a peaceful resolution without the need to write a detailed review. ******** *******
