Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Pilewsi installed comfort star heat/AC unit when I built my place in fall of 2012. This is 2nd winter I have lived there and have not had heat all winter of 2013/2014. Heat with small else. Units. Water froze 4 times. Pilewski has been here to fix numerous times. At lease 5/6 times and each time left without fixing. The won't replace, ignore calls, do not care. The builder has tried and tried to work with pilewski to resolve yet pilewski ignores him. Refuses to work with builder or me to fix this problem. I want the unit replaced. I froze y butt off all winter. Pilewski does not care about people at all.
Desired Settlement: Replace with different unit, not comfort star. If the don't know how to fix, should not be installing.
In response to ******* *** *****, we had installed this unit in 2012 and in no time was our company ever aware of no heat in year of 2013. When we were called we went to residence several times like Owner has said even after our 1 year workmanship quarantine was up, free of charge and at no expense to Owner. I have been in contact with Sales office of unit as well as Comfort Star technical service and doing exactly what they have requested. We made our last trip out with Suppliers support tech and have ordered new unit for inside home. It has now come to wanting more test ran on outside unit per Comfort Star support. Wanting the unit replaced is not my option to grant as she wishes, though trust me I wish it was that easy. Going out of our way after nasty responses from customer does not look like we don’t care about people!?
Consumer Response: this company Was in fact aware of this problem from the beginning. My builder ****** Builders had been in contact with them all along as was I. They ignored calls from ******, did not return calls and was not intwrested in resolving. It is still not resolved. I have been without the entire winter. My electric bills have been enormos from electric heaters.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the position of all parties, BBB determined that the business made a reasonable effort to address the complaint. However the consumer remains dissatisfied.
