Complaint: Supposedly reputable company that I had utilized 1 time prior - repeatedly promised to send plumber to repair broken indoor water pipe (gave me day but not time) and then when I again called on 3rd day owner said to call another plumber - they would not be here. I know this was a busy time but, because I was assured and reassured that a plumber would arrive - I did not schedule another company. M. Flaherty even denied that they said they ever said they would come! I would have called another company had they told me this in the beginning. This is my 3rd day without any water/plumbing. If they had not promised their service I could have had the repair done by now.
Desired Settlement: Apology from owner and understanding that his company will not do this again to a trusting customer in the future. This was a very busy time for all relevant repair people but, not a time to promise a service repeatedly and then not deliver and addition deny that the service was ever promised !
BBB's Final Determination: Business failed to respond to the BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.
