Complaint: November 2014 my sewer line had a cracked pipe. I have insurance via pa water resources whom in turn assigned me to ****** ********. In December they came out and did the repair, however, they had to of course dig up my yard and move a slab of new sidewalk. When they came back in may 2015 to restore my property to finish restoring property they did not notify me they were coming. My neighbor called me and told me an they were on my property. they poorly planted grass and just flipped my sidewalk back over leaving in sunken at least 4 inches. and left. As a result my property is a mess. i notified Pa water resources of the situation at least 4 times since the first week of May when ****** was on my property and they will not contact their contractor to return and fix the damages ****** left. no one is cooperating Pa water on behalf of ****** THEIR contractor or ****** themselves. When ****** was originally on or about December 22 to initially to repair the line they did call to say they would be there in a half hour Left work to meet them at my home and they did not show up until hours later. As a result salary was lost. Not bad enough they took the cover to my original drain without permission. I feel it is ******,s responsibility to return my property to its original state that is what any reputable business would do. If a business left their property as they did mine they would not be a satisfied customer either. ******'s employees do not of the consumers property, no pride in their work performance which results of extra cost left to the consumer. I had signed up for insurance for line protection via Pa Water Resources therefore this is an insurance claim issue.
Desired Settlement: Return my property to it's original state. New Sidewalk placed the way it was when they first arrived and lawn left a mess. They put down very little seed and not evenly so front lawn contains numbers bare patches. Curb appeal is not one of their strong qualities. As a home owner ******'s carelessness is a disgrace to the neighborhood.
