Very disappointed in the quality of work performed at their shop. For starters, they put an 2007-2010 Scorpion clutch assembly into my 2011 ****** Ultra Classic, instead of 2011-2016 Scorpion clutch assembly. Additionally, they didn't change out the clutch basket and left the remaining stock basket cover, instead of using the scorpion clutch basket. I have been in contact with an engineer at Harley Clutches (manufacturer of scorpion clutches), who informed me that while you can leave the stock basket, if you decide to give your engine more horse power, the stock basket will break! Well needless to say I spent another $4700 to upgrade my engine, only to find out that they had did this and my clutch basket exploded in the clutch housing and DESTROYED my clutches!! I NEVER was given any type of options of clutches to put in the bike, nor was I told they were putting the wrong year part on my motorcycle! This was my late husband's bike that I had converted to be able to ride and take care of to be able to hand it down to his kids/grandkids and doing a repair with a part that isn't even for the year bike you put it on is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! When you're paying the type of money that I did, no short cuts or wrong parts should be performed. That's something you'd expect from a backyard mechanic, not a trained Harley mechanic!!!"
