              May 5, 2021 I purchased a $300 bed frame and it was delivered and assembled in a good time frame. Fast forward two months, July 1, 2021 I moved and had to take the bed apart and put it back together. When my personal technician put it together it wouldn’t go into the original holes made for it because it was never in the original holes at the beginning. I called about the warranty and getting it replaced because at this point the entire bottom was falling in due to the corner not connecting in the holes. The company tried to charge me because I moved locations but they didn’t charge me so I tipped the technician for the work and replacement. 2 weeks later, the same issue occurred and I contacting the business again. They rushed me off the phone and said they will call me back and never did. I called a week later and an employee named Robin, hung up on me after saying “maybe you are jumping on the bed”. I called back and they said they couldn’t help me anymore. This isn’t right!

              Purchased a mattress from Sleep Pittsburgh. The entire experience was wonderful- great service, good cost options and free delivery and removal of old mattress. Would highly recommend!
