Style Rite Kitchens started a bathroom remodel project at my home in Feb 2021, which we were quoted and paid a total of $15,489.62 before the work was started. To this day, despite many requests to Style Rite to fix the issues that have never been resolved, the manager (Mike G******** has said that he can only send initial contractor back to the home to fix the issues, but his poor quality of work was present from install and each subsequent "repair" trip until Sept 2021. Time and time again, Mike G******* has provided excuses as to why no one else can support these fixes and only the initial installer can come back. The contract that was signed was with Style Rite Kitchens and not with their contractor, so we expected a solution be provided, yet have not. The list of incorrect or poor quality items are as follows: - Tile incorrectly mounted/grouted - Incorrectly installed fixtures - Shower/tub installation & tiling does not allow for proper water runoff - Tub/tile caulking immediately separated - Tub was chipped after shower fixture was dropped on it - Ventilation fixture and exhalation to outside was not properly installed - Trim not installed properly - Drywall skim work not complete - Floor tiles coming loose - Leaking pipes for shower Unresolved issues resulted in: - Mold - Plaster damage We have waited too long for a resolution and have asked for repayment in materials and labor. It has been over a month again since our last communication with Mike. They have used tactics of avoidance and evasion for over a year. This was supposed to be a 4-week job and we do not feel that our agreement has been honored and our money has been wasted. We would like to request a full refund, since Mike has forced us to wait so long for a resolution, so that we can have another company completely correct the issues unresolved by Style Rite Kitchens and for the new issues needing addressed due to their disinterest in finding us a solution.
