            September 15, 2021 I traded in my Dodge Journey at another dealership and was given an odometer reading to give to Fairway Ford of Bradford. September 16 my husband took the odometer reading to Fairway Ford and gave it to Craig S****** and we were told we would receive a check for the extended warranty on the Dodge Journey within 6-8 weeks. That same day, I contacted the extended warranty company (Compass) and was told the check does not come from them, it comes from fairway themselves. September 22, the loan through Chrysler Capital for the Journey was paid off in FULL. I have called Fairway and left messages, been hung up on multiple times, asked for a call back(never received one), they have laughed when I’ve called and hung up, they have been extremely sarcastic when I have called and hung up on me then. My warranty check is supposed to be roughly $2,000 or $2,100. They won’t return my phone calls and are very unprofessional. I would appreciate an answer, and my whole refund check.
