The technician showed up right on time and was very helpful. We almost got scammed by another company that came out to clean our duct work. ***** was great to work with and got us signed up for the biannual check up on our heating and cooling systems. Cool Blew raves about their stellar customer service. Wow! I strongly suggest if you need a plumber, do NOT call Cool Blew.I asked Cool Blew to address 2 issues. 1) Replace the cartridges because the shower handles could not turn, 2) Address why I was no longer getting any cold water though I had no issues in other places in my home. The technician I asked for did not show up for the initial appointment and his colleague did not either and asked me to send him pictures. After 2 1/2 months of no cold water in the master bedroom shower, I fired Cool Blew. In fact, when I inquired with other plumbers and plumbing supply companies what perhaps was causing the issue of no cold water, the plumbing technician did not want to hear or listen to what others had to say.I found him arrogant and not wanting to perhaps learn from others who may have more experience and expertise. Additionally, I also found he did something unethical while I was his customer. I immediately contacted the Owner of the company (he was out on a call) and I was told he would contact me later that day or the next day. The owner never called me back. He lied to me.Another much better professional plumber already resolved my cold water issue.Review from Teresa M

Called Cool Blew for service repair on AC that has parts warrantied for 10 years. For overtime and interim repair was charged $150 for about an hours worth of work. Repair part was ordered and installed about 10 days later. Was charged $350.00 for another hours worth of work. When asking repair technician what was included in the cost, he had no definitive answer other than it takes time for him to come out to the property, complete repair work, and return to work place. So, I spoke to service manager and received the same **** response again with NO details on what was included in $350.00 as part was under warranty. Apparently this is the cost that is in the "book". Very displeased with lack of information and overall costs to replace a failed part that was under warranty. Will not recommend this company to anyone I know.Cool Blew Inc Response

The charges were explained in detail and the customer agreed to the charges before we proceeded with the repair. This was a blower motor that was under manufacturers warranty. We installed a temporary motor to get temporary cooling until the warranty motor was shipped as the motor was not available locally. We then returned and had to reinstall the correct motor and complete the warranty process. After we were completed with the repair, this is when we were asked to reduce our price and if we did not reduce it that the customer was going to go on social media and give us a negative review. We went over and above for this customer and we did not overcharge for the services provided.Review from Kim S.

I bought a new **** unit from Cool Blew and had it installed 3/2017, and every time that I call them they always start the conversation, if we come out We are going to charge you . Once they get your money they dont seem to want to deal with you again. I called them on Monday June 11th due to my **** system was cooling in the morning and not cooling in the evening. When I called them lady that answered told me we are going to charge you and asked if I had a Home warranty and I told her I had ***. She told me to go thru them and have them contact ******************. So, I put a service request in and called *** and was told they dont allow customers to pick who goes out and they assigned me to ****. I had no issue with that because **** is a good **** company. ****** from **** came to my house yesterday and found that I had a refrigerated leak and told me to call ****************** that they should address because the part is under warranty but the labor is not. I called Cool Blew with ******, son and my husband right there and the lady that I spoke to was horrible and could care less and stated why cant the tech that is there do it. I pulled the phone away from me and put her on speaker and stated what she had said to me to ****** and he said NO, they did the install and they should take care of it for me. I spoke to Cool Blew several ladies and *************** and they just keep saying why cant he do it. Cool Blew was just being cruel to me. I was been told to shut up, calm down, everyone can hear you, why cant you go to someone house to stay, we dont know if the tech is telling the truth. If we come out we will charge you $62.00, than it went up to 100.00 and then we cant come out today. I had them on speaker and that was probably why I sounded loud, my voice does carry. Every time, I tried to talk she kept interrupting me telling me to shut up, calm down and let me talk, it was just a complete run around with her. I told them, I am working from home and have been sitting in heat since Monday. I am under doctors orders not to leave my house due to ***** is not fully under control and if I do and catch ***** I would probably not survive because all of my health issue and I am over 60. It is a heat wave and how would they like it sitting in hit with a 5 month old puppy. I had them on speaker and that was probably why I sounded loud, I dont know. Every time, I tried to talk she kept interrupting me telling me to shut up, calm down and let me talk. Everyone that was present could hear her being rude and unhelpful to me. I was so frustrated with her that I handed my phone to my husband and said I cant deal with this anymore she is being a *****. She hung up on my husband before he could say a word to her. I call back and spoke to the *************** and he was no better. I have an **** background and told them ****** was correct on his findings. I also called a tech that is very qualified that worked for me and with me in **** and found the same issue. They are the worst **** company that I have had dealings with they get you money and they dont care after that. The is not the first time that I have reached out to them on my **** and they dont seem like they want to take care of their customer. The ones that bought the **** system from.Cool Blew Inc Response

This entire issue was caused by another HVAC contractor that came to the house and misdiagnosed the failure. *** has a home warranty and she did not call us until the other company said that the failure was under warranty through Cool Blew. *** was upset when she called our office which led to both parties getting frustrated. I finally called *** directly and had her call her home warranty and switch the call over to Cool Blew. I went out to the home and repaired the issue. *** now understands how the home warranty works and is very happy with the outcome of the repair and with Cool Blew.Review from Charlie W

Cool Blew is a wonderful company with kind and caring employees. They were concerned with our a/c problem and when we had questions they were thorough and professional with the answers. When the part had to be ordered they even called to ensure we would be ok till they could get the part in and install it. It was such relief knowing that they were concerned for us and that they would get it fixed asap. When Jimmy and Austin came to fix the problem they were kind and professional. They let me know what they would be doing and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. They were very close to their time estimate and always were polite and kind. All the way from Heather to every member of the team, it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company (Cool Blew) to any consumer.
