SCAMMERS!!!! I got my engine replaced here and when i got my car back it was shaking! The guy responsible's name was ******. I told ****** it wasn't doing that prior and he investigated and said it was the motor mounts. Then he tried to charge me $1400+ to fix something they broke. At first his excuse was that this can happen due to installation of the new engine and that was why they suggested beforehand to purchase motor mounts. I told him to bring me the paperwork of what you suggested because I ASSURE you I WAS NEVER SUGGESTED THAT. He confidently left and came back saying "Ohh looks like we never sent it out to you but i have it here". Then his next excuse was "it was doing that before it got here!". Then i spoke with the manager named ****** and he was absolutely no help at all! I told him this is bad business! I brought it into the shop with no shake and I leave from your shop with a shake. Then ****** said they don't touch the motor mounts and theres no way that the install could affect it. Directly contradicting what ****** said saying that IT CAN and thats why they "allegedly" recommend it. THEN THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT REAL QUICK AND WHEN I READ IT IT SAID I DECLINED REPAIRS!!!!!!! Scam artist!!!!! NEVER GO HERE! I purchased a vehicle that had ****** miles and they stated the inspection was done and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I take to another Kia ********** for an oil change and I find out the maintence was never done (no records of services, etc) They tell me the tires are 5 years old and I need about $1,600.00 to get the repairs done and that's after I buy new tires. How can a business treat you like this.I called for weeks after the purchase and nobody apparently cares to resolve this issue. The sticker window also stated the vehicle had roof racks and siriux and none of this was included.Review from Sharon P

If there was a zero thats what I would give this crooked company. Bought a pre-owned 2013 Kia ****** SXL they had recommended an extended warranty after the 10 year or ******* mile was up. Went today for a transmission issue said warranty expired. The 10 year expired on 01/01/2023 they said the extended warranty that I paid **** dollars extra expired in 2018. I'm beside myself what idiot would spend extra money for a warranty to expire before they original warranty. We have enough dishonesty in this world! There method is insane ! They did nothing to remedy the problem if you are a woman beware of their dishonest antics.Review from Kavi J

THIS HORNE KIA IS SAN TAN VILLAGE IN GILBERT IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR HELP WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ISSUES/WARRANTY ***** RECALL. *** VISITED NOW TWICE AND THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE THE WARRANTY OR GIVE ME A LOANER IN THE MEANTIME. *** WONT EXCEED 50 MPH WHEN CHECK ENHINE LIGHT IS ON AND THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE IT UNTIL THE ***** SEIZES BUT ITS. A DRIVING HAZARD ON THE FREEWAY AND HAVE BEEN PULLED OVER MANY TIMES THAT IMPEDING TRAFFIC. *** HAS NOW HAD THE *** FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND CLAIMED THEY DROVE IT BUT THE *** HAS LOW FUEL SO THERES NO WYA THEY COULDVE DROVE IT TO GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON!!!! Sadly, By far the worst service **** to take a *** to get serviced. Money hungry place. TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMAN! Horrible service ***** PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR *** **** TO BE SERVICED ! On the 13th of this month I took my car here to get ONLY RECALLS done on my car. DROVE my car there running with no problems & had my car towed back home, never a heads up from the dealer, that my car was no longer starting. Car is no longer in a running condition. The service manager, ***** as well as ************************* , kept speaking to me like I never had a car in the **************** and they both stressed that it was my battery and I should start there to save me some money. And as I love how ***** states if I even have a warranty on my battery not knowing I purchase top notch batteries ?? on top of that just purchased my battery 2 months ago. I did take my battery back to car quest and have my battery tested and it tested GOOD right away and the tech stated my car should have no troubles starting with this battery in your car. The problem is still a mystery as this **************** wont take my car back to see what they screwed up on , they want to charge me a tow fee and a $200 diagnostic fee to see whats wrong with my car that NO LONGER STARTS UP after I DROVE MY VEHICLE T**** MYSELF RUNNING PERFECTLY FINE. **** also did a WALK AROUND MY CAR WHEN DROPPING OFF THE VEHICLE AS THIS IS PROTOCAL AND TESTED MY BATTERY AND IT PASSED AS WELL . ??????????????????????Review from Christopher C

We purchased a new Sorento. The price advertised brought us in. The dealer add-ons were a bit absurd. One of the non-negotiable add-ins was $699 for the windows to be tinted. They said it had to stay in the price. We then had several discussions about the tinting and what darkness they would put on the back windows because my wife hates how dark my back windows are at night. The salesman assured us it's legal and we'd have no issues seeing out the back windows at night. That's the kicker though...When we picked up our car they only tinted the front two windows. We asked why all the windows weren't tinted when we were told they would tint all of them and they said they only do the front two. We have purchased several cars from dealers who threw in the window tint and never have I had a dealer try to pull the "we only tint the front two" story. $700 for two windows AND the windows are bubbled even?? We want our entire care tinted as we were told it would be. Of course now we can't get a reply from the salesman or the assistant sales manager. I've seen the BBB complaints and Yelp reviews and know I'm not alone. If they make it right I'll change this review to reflect that. Will never buy from Horne Kia again. I bought a Pre Owned 2016 ***** Pilot here, only to find out it has transmission problems 10 days later. Day 10 I took it for a transmission fluid change at ***** and after about a week the kick backs in shifting gears were back.. During purchase I asked about warranties since Im buying from a dealer I figured there would be at least a 30 day warranty or something since Im paying premium compared to going through *********** I kept being told finance will go over the warranty when I asked during the process. I signed a paper to buy the car only to find out, they only have a 3 day return opportunity not a warranty which isnt really disclosed and their cheapest extended warranty was over $4000, obviously declined. I still bought saying to myself this is a dealer, this car should be in great shape mechanically or it wouldnt be on the lot. Big Mistake Dont buy pre owned from this dealer when they dont have an included warranty on the cars themselves at all. On top of that it came with the we already did the work added in fees for paint protection, car theft and some other ridiculous non sense thats never used which tacked on just over $1000. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR TO BE HONEST JUST BUY FROM *********** THERE IS NOTHING HORNE KIA CAN DO THAT IS ANY DIFFERENT THEN BUYING FROM ANOTHER PERSON SELLING ONLINE. YOU WILL SAVE SEVERAL $1000s, EXTENDED WARRANTIES YOU CAN GET ON YOUR OWN, THATS CHEAPER! THEN THEIR ****** REPLY FROM THE **** ALWAYS FOLLOWS A COMMENT TO CALL HIM, I HAVE AND EVERYTIME HE IS IN A MEETING SO I LEAVE A MESSAGE AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.Review from Michael G

Do not trust this dealership. They conduct false advertising on their vehicles. I inquired about a 2023 Kia ******* based on their "internet price". They are currently offering a 10% discount on the **** of all Kia ******* hybrids. It is referred as the Horne Kia discount and they clearly state the internet price (no asterisks or tiny print) reflecting the 10% discount off ****. Upon calling the dealership I was informed that not only was that price not available but they wanted $5,000 over ****. The salesman, ******/*****, actually tried to tell me I was getting a good deal due to the limited quantities available. After I kept reading them the quoted price online, they really could not defend or refute it but kept telling me I was getting a good deal becuase if I walked in right now I would pay $10,000 over invoice. I worked for Horne Kia for a year and let me start off by saying this is the most unprofessional business Ive ever worked for. The first problem I have with this company is they changed my pay without my permission and owe me unpaid wages. On top of that you might not want to leave your car in the hands of this Kia *********** the mechanics smoke weed on the job and s**** up a simple oil change that leads to more repairs. Countless times Ive seen them damage a car and try to deliver the car without telling the customer. Management at this dealership is very poor and the General Manager ********************* belittles his employees and threatens to terminate them for little to no reason. Beware taking your car to this dealership Ive seen countless customers leave outraged at the service they received.Review from Jason M

I have so many complaints about Horne Kia. This is not a good place to purchase anything from this place. My recent service with this company. I went for oil change service. The person that started the service. He did a battery check. I was told my battery was not good anymore. And that he can give me a price for a new battery. We went inside. He called someone. They gave me a price for $290 plus labor. I had no choice but to purchase one. My car was taken to the service department for the service. It took about an hour and half. The service man took me to pay for the service. The oil change was free. But the total for the battery came out for a total of $383.23. Which is not the price I was quoted to pay. I paid it. Again, no choice. I was given my vehicle. I drove my car for about a mile from the store. Messing around with the radio. I switched to listen to my iPod. My iPod was missing. Without hesitation, I turned the car around quickly heading straight to the dealership. I had asked someone to get me a manager. The manger came out about 15 minutes later. I told him what was going on. He said he was going to look at the camera. Because no one would give up their job for an iPod. He went to look at the camera. About 15 minutes later. He returned. He stated to me " That he didn't see anyone taking anything from the car. He said I am welcome to look at the video. And I did. The camera does not show what is done in the vehicle. And that's what I explained to the manager. He kept replying that I must off left it at home. He said nothing he can do about it. So, I left with no iPod. But he gave me his number to call him and let him know if my iPod was at my home. Still implying that no one took anything. Point of my complaint is. Never ever trust Horne Kia again. The free oil change is not worth it. They do not believe in customer service. So don't trust anyone at this place. I will never Trust anyone from this place again!!
