***** at the ******** St branch helped ** out tremendously today. She even took the time to call our title agency to get the check cleared quicker. This is the type of service I have come to expect at Oneaz, even if I was against the name change.

I received great service, I recently called customer service to get help getting a transfer out of pending status. *** was excellent, he stayed on the phone and walked me through the steps to successfully complete this issue. This was around 23 minutes of time, *** was very patient, while I went through the steps. I would have called much sooner if I had known I would have been helped so nicely.

I had an issue with the mobile app today and ***** walked me thru it in a minute or two on the chat feature. I've been with the credit union for close to 30 years. They've always had exceptional employees and exceptional customer service.

Hi, I was initially dealing with someone virtually by the name of *********************************. She started off helpful, but then it started to feel like the only way things were getting done is if I was constantly checking on the status of things. She continued to call me during the hours I specified that I was not available. She did not follow up with me unless I initiated it. Once we were able to move forward, I needed an in-person appointment and she "set it up" at a branch close to me. Once I got to the branch I was welcomed into ******************************* office. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and I appreciate his transparency and urgency. However, ******** had failed to notify him of my appointment and failed to forward the necessary information/documents. She had also forgotten to ensure that the verbiage used in the *** aligned with the lease buyout packet because she had never even looked at the ***. I'm not one to write reviews but this is my only car, and a very frustrating situation to be in. Not only was I frustrated but so was *******, rightfully so. I would like to make it very clear that ******* was great, maybe ******** should train with him.
