              The absolute worst place ever. WARNING: do not take your car here. I have just hired my daughter a lawyer to deal with these lying theirs. Charged them ****** for parts never even put in. He knew they were getting ready to move state. They broke down 3 different times All the parts he wrote on invoice never even put it. See you in court Don't deserve a rating.. itS ZERO

              This is no a normal practice for all valley car care at any of our stores, Unfortunately our name has changed and the ******** store in front of ** stole our old name.

              My grandson took his car in check engine light. They replaced the catalytic converter. Shortly thereafter same issue. Catalytic converter again. They referred him to Dealership. The Dealership replaced the catalytic converter. Apparently Surprise Car care put the wrong one in. Another ******* He later went in for an oil change. This time they called him and said he needed an oil pan. This time we went in with him. They said Apparently when he had last oil change the plug had been stripped and the could not remove it. Well they did the last oil change. After some back and forth they agreed to replace the pan at their cost.Their fault. Next day they called and said they got a welder in to successfully remove the plug. My question is would they have gone the extra mile if my grandson was forking out the ****** for the new oil pan? Of course not! We also found that the converter was on warranty and they should have replaced it. Instead they took advantage of a 19yr. Old. Totally lack integrity and are gouges. Our family will never do business with them again.

              I took my car to Surprise care car for a blown head gasket and a miss firing issue with the # 5 cylinder l spoke to ***************************** who stated it would cost $3500 for the work. Then came the added parts like head gasket set $500 and new water pump which I agreed to which now the cost was at $4200 few days later I go to the shop and was told my ***** that the block inserts were stripped. ***** states this will cost more and that will bring total around $5500 l told ***** l will think about this and come in the next day and tell him l can only go to $4900 that's my limit he calls me the next day and agrees to the $4900. Three weeks later he calls saying my car is done and that it cost him another $700 but will just charge me half and l stated we agreed to $4900, the next day l go for my when ***** tells me it's going to cost $5300 and that my car needed a fuel pump that he installed at no charge i tell him no i will pay the $4900 he states well l have your key so l pay the ***** to get my car and after looking at the invoice which said he added a used fuel pump that cost him$319 but after spending $5300 to have engine rebuilt he used my old spark plus which for 6 new ones would cost under$100. After two days my car started to puttering and the check engine light came on after only driving 20 miles l text the owner saying i will be bring my car in then l was told my #5 fuel injector was bad and to replace that and new plus the cost would be right under $1000 which this should of been fixed when l brought up the issue on day one. This company will add things to your **** without notifying you that don't need to be added and that are not faulty and put used parts back on your car that should be replaced. IF YOR CARE IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS STAY AWAY FROM SURPRISE CAR CARE THE ***** *************************** AND HIS BROTHER WILL LIE ABOUT WHAT REPAIRS YOUR CAR NEEDS TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU AND THEY WON'T EVEN PUT THE PART ON.

              8/2021 Took my car in to have three bolts replaced that were missing from the transmission pan during the initial installation of my transmission by Surprise Car Care which was discovered during an oil change by another Auto Shop. I called and spoke to ***** who explained it was out of warranty but due to the issue they would replace the bolts. While my car was at Surprise Car Care ***** informed me that my battery was testing low and would fail soon. I gave him my permission to replace the battery with a new one. 11/2021 My car wouldnt start, I called AAA to have them come out to check my battery. They informed me that my battery was out of warranty..confused I said no; I just had a new battery installed by Surprise Car Care on 8/2021. The Battery Tech said NO you have AAAs original battery still in your car!!!!! I immediately called Surprise Car Care extremely upset since I was charged for a new battery which was NEVER installed! I spoke to ***** who explained that he questioned the Technician the day my car was in the shop (NOTE: they had my car for 6 days) because a new battery was still on the rack that was ordered for my car. The Tech told ***** it had been replaced!obviously no one followed up as to why they still had my battery on the rack. Upon our conversation ***** sent a Battery Tech out to install a new battery in my car so the battery problem has been resolved. I told ***** the Owner needs to know whats going on in his shop. ***** said I already called him. I sent the owner **** an email explaining the issues and have never received a reply back!

              In my experience, the business Owner "*****" was not being honest on telephone - I did not understand why at first, but he seemed to go around in circles when being asked simple basic questions about the service. He was good about providing a quote for the services, but he refused to check with the technicians when I asked about a ballpark time it would take to do the service. I needed the car within a two-day period ****** but I simply could not get him to verify this. Thus, when I asked again, his ego and short temper took over - still without a straight answer. It suddenly occurred to me this is not the kind of inexperienced young person I want servicing my car.
