Went in for 7 AM appointment,no place to park so as it was early parked next door at car lot as they would not be open for several hrs and would be in appointment in several several minutes! Walked into *** lot walked to office no one there! Came out and was met by employe ?, he asked where did I park? I Raised my arm and pointed to where I parked! He got very belligerent and said I can not park there and stated in loud voice that I was very disrespectful to him because I raised my arm at him, to get the h*** out you do not have an appointment any more. I stated I wanted to speak to owner he said he was owner in a very loud voice! I can not recommend his shop any more! He does not belong having BBB agredability.I actually felt very threatened being 83 years old!

Lol, you came in I showed you where to park and informed you couldnt park at the car lot. (You parked in front of a sign that states no parking) You proceeded to move forward and continue to my office. Due to the fact you ignored me and started to waive your am as if you are telling me to basically to go F myself. You were simply asked to leave and have a good day. Funny thing sir 2 days prior you parked behind a tow truck like I asked. Well 2 days go by that exact same spot was open plus 3 additional spots. Furthermore plz dont lie, you never made it to my office because I was standing right out front when you parked at car lot. Remind clearly with numerous of signs posting no ************ werent threatened, I simply decided this shop doesnt need your business. No parking thats because Im busy and honest. So as I said to you when I asked you to leave "Good day to you sir"

They let an employee with a suspended driver's license drive customer's cars home on a nightly basis. If he had gotten pulled over, my car would've been impounded.

I dont know who this person is nor do I care. Seems someone has issues with an employee of mine. Good stuff. If its who I think it is, stop cheating on your man with my employee. I was just informed he had to block you from all the harassment.

When I lived in *************** B and H auto repair was my go to shop to get our vehicles repaired. Howards knowledge about cars and repairs were second to none. He always steered me in the right direction as far as repairs and his price was always fair.

i would like to start out by saying if i would have read reviews on this shop before going there i would have never gone. just seeing the shop owners response to reviews are concerning. he is truly proven to people that he is rude and unprofessional. i had my husband call around to find out what was wrong with my **** ****** and this shop was willing to look right away which i thought was great. we took the car and they had it fixed the next day even though the whole lot was full with other cars. that experience went so well that when my ram truck was giving a message to serves DEF from dealership i told my husband we should take it back to this place instead of the dealer. so i called and started asking the man if he worked on diesel trucks and about the DEF system i guess when i said DEF he didnt understand and i had him on speaker so my husband took over the conversation he was willing to do a dynastic test right away. let me remind you the only message we got was the serves DEF. we also took it to auto zone and had the only code it throw which was the pump. we dropped the truck off and he called the next day saying it was the pump and then the fallowing day called back saying it was fixed. i dropped my husband off thinking the truck was fixed and he would meet me home. that wasnt what happened they didnt let my husband look at the truck tell he paid so he went in and paid. when he went out to the truck and turned it on there was two lights on as well as two messages. the Engine light, ABS light, message saying serves 4 while drive and brake service and the brake light was on like if the emergency brake was on but it wasnt. so of course my husband got out and told the shop that something was wrong. they told him the truck was brought in that way and he paid for the DEF pump and to have a good day. so naturally knowing the truck was not like that and this person was rude about it my husband started to argue with the man. thats when 4 other workers involved them self and told my husband the truck was like that and plugged in the obd scanner and started talking to my husband like he was ignorant saying it was the door speakers and the tire pressure and thats why the lights were on and started to threaten him. instead of actually thinking hey maybe we missed something lets look really fast they all were rude and one stepped up to my husband wanting to fight. in the end the cops were called by the shop and the owner is pressing charges against my family because he couldnt just take a second to look at the truck and see they left a wiring Harness unplugged next to the DEF tank that they dropped to get to the pump instead they were rude and lied saying the truck was like that. i also went in the shop to see what was going on and in no way was i rude to this man and the whole time he was talking to me he was rolling his eyes and saying my husband was crazy and that the truck was like that 3 other workers also said the truck was like that to me and that they are honest people. in the end they proved they are very dishonest and rude all it took was one look under the truck to see the unplugged wiring harness. now obviously this man likes to respond to reviews saying everyone else is the problem and not him and he will probably say he offered me to bring it back to check it out but he didnt bother offering anything tell after my husband was upset. i just want others to be aware of how this business is ran. if they feel some way thats the only way and they dont try and please their customers or have good customer serves. i will for now on look up reviews on all auto shops and take the police advice to take my truck to a diesel shop. now im stuck with getting an attorney and going through the court and if this man still thinks im lying i have pictures to prove that all the lights are off and the wiring harness was infected unplugged and we plugged it back in which is a task simply enough for a 5 year old but this shop couldnt bother.

This review isnt helping your violent husbands criminal case but due to your crazy husbands behavior we were unable to get his truck back in the air to check his concern. Instead he decides to punch the wrong employee and got his **** handed to him then runs away. Good Stuff. Remember if it wasn't for your kids being here with you that clown would have went to jail. You clearly have a husband who chooses to belittle others and thinks he can get away with it. Fact is he was warned before my employee whooped on him thatwont be tolerated here. I was thinking after you left... Man hope he doesnt treat his family in that matter due to the fact people like him who act childish do. You take care I enjoyed your bogus review. Ask your hubby whats it like getting choked out.

I spoke with my brother and turns out you pleaded with him to not press charges against your husband. He agreed to do so if you wouldn't do what you have done here. Well now that you have we will be requesting the police to file those charges for assault along with the current disorderly charges he is currently facing. I suggest you get your facts straight. All could have been avoided if your husband acted like a mature adult. You fail to see that 2 customers were berated by your husband and who will be more than happy to back up my claims. Fact lady your husband is a man who needs to grow up period. I hate see what happens at ********* if they s**** up his order. I could only imagine!

I see your husband has a case number now CM-********** for disorderly conduct, you should thank my brother he didnt press charges for assault.

Little update charges were dismissed for a moment, yes I know you felt relieved. Well now refiled and this is the best part... Now hes being charged with Assault and Disorderly Conduct. :)

The owner of this company is ******!!! Disgusting display of mannerisms. He does not know how to speak to customers. He has a foul mouth and made me feel so uncomfortable! They also ripped me off!!!! Do not go here!

This his hilarious and unfounded, I dont act that way period. I certainly never ever have ripped anyone off in this business, another thing you arent even a customer. You are now where in my system as a customer
