I had an oil change done July 31 they messed the oil change up caused my car to have a leak. They fix the leak and sprayed underneath my car which caused all my sensors to go crazy. They tried to tell me that it was the gas cap which was a lie. because I hadnt gotten gas and I knew better and then the sensor lights kept going crazy so I took it to Arrowhead Honda and they looked at it and said that it was caused from Showcase Honda spraying my car, but of course showcase Honda still make an up story saying it wasnt them. I mustve had my engine cleaned. Well no I didnt. The only one that sprayed my car was showcase Honda. I am very disappointed that showcase Honda wont take responsibility for damaging my carShowcase Honda Response

Thank you **** and ****** for the 3-day run around. First ********************* sold the car I wanted to purchase. **** asst ******** proceeds to call me back saying the car was never sold. How professional. Future customers, Showcase Honda rejects business unless you directly finance through them. Then **** follows up saying he needed my social security number to run a OFAC check when in reality wanted to run my credit without my consent. They wanted my loan check(Navy Federal, not a cashier check/personal check)to clear first before taking possession of the car. In my years of purchasing cars. When in reality, the dealership wanted more for the car after posting it higher after I stated Im no longer interested. False advertising and be careful for the added markup even on used cars. 100% would not trust/recommend this dealership.Showcase Honda Response

We leased a new honda from Showcase Honda. We agreed to $xxx for the monthly payment. When we met with the finance manager he kept putting out paperwork with add ons which ultimately increased the payment. I did not want the ad ons, but he handed those papers to me anyway. He never once told ** what the final payment was going to be. which was about $75 to $80 more than what I agreed to. To top it off, I am left handed and when I went to sign on his electronic pad, my signature was all jumbled up. He ended up signing for me. He is not being truthful when he said I signed for this. We never got any paperwork while at the dealership. I had to call him and he said he would email me. I got the email about a week later. I feel that the employees at the dealership are not honest with customers and they are very misleading with they're sales practices. Would like to file a complaint. Thank youShowcase Honda Response

BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2022 and its been a nightmare after since. The vehicle was faulty and was taken in for service multiple times. I returned the car and keys back to the dealership. Ive negotiated multiple new and used car deals. I have experience and I know what to expect. But Showcase Honda was a whole new experience.Both the new and used salespeople plus our finance guy, although friendly and receptive at first, ended up being corrupt and massively lacking in integrity. We are still dealing with the crummy finance agreement they made with us even though we paid off our vehicle on the spot because we could see we were going to have nothing but problems with the dealership and with ******************, The lowest of the low financial institutions. They threw us to the dogs so to speak just to get rid of us.I shared my experience via email with all five people I worked with. None of them responded.Review from sam v

I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles over the years and have found Showcase Honda to be the most unethical, dishonest and incompetent dealership Ive ever dealt with.??I recently purchased a certified preowned 2016 Honda Fit for my daughter. After talking numbers we learned that the car needed to have a catalytic converter installed and would not be available to take possession for **** days. She really liked the car and the carfax was very clean so we proceeded with the purchase. ??2 weeks passed with no updates from Showcase service or sales staff. My calls and text went unanswered for days or I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the incompetent service advisor. When I did get an update it was always that the part is released and will be here in a few days. ??After going through this for SEVEN weeks I returned in person to Showcase to try to get a straightforward answer as to when our part will arrive. After watching our incompetent service advisor fumble around on the phone and walk in circles for 30 minutes, we were asked to follow him and he wordlessly walked us to the sales area and walked away(incompetent and spineless). We were then informed that the part was, in fact, not on its way and they have no idea when it will arrive. ??We were given the option to choose another vehicle off the lot or cancel the contract, of course having to wait a week for the return of my $5000 down payment. So, my question is, had I not personally walked in looking for an answer, when would Showcase have informed me that it was going to be months before we got the vehicle we already making payments on? ?Second problem with Showcase. When we purchased the vehicle and were in financing I found that the price of the vehicle was $3000 more than the agreed upon price. When inquired about the discrepancy I was informed that this fee was for intangible and non-negotiable options and was added to all Showcase sales. Beware of this unethical business practice at Showcase. In fact, AVOID Showcase Honda completely.
