On 9/20/2022 I had my Dodge Durango serviced at Junction Tire and Auto Service (Invoice Number ******). I was getting it ready for a trip to ********** on Sunday, October 2nd. One of the services performed was a complete radiator flush and fluid replacement. The work was completed on 9/20. The Durango was driven home and to the grocery store on two occasions prior to our trip. On 10/2 we headed to **********. Once we got on the highway and drove 65 the engine overheated. I had to return home driving under 40mph. Since it was a Sunday, my only option was to rent a SUV and make the drive to **********. I returned home one week later and drove the Durango to Junction Tire on 10/10. They checked the vehicle and informed me there wasn't enough coolant to sustain highway speeds. They said there must have been an air pocket that formed in the engine causing a false fluid level reading. They added four quarts of coolant. I asked about reimbursement for the auto rental. ****** asked for a copy of the rental contract which I provided. He sent his general manager an email along with the work order and rental contract. I have spoken to the ** on several occasions and he assured me I would be compensated for the rental. Each time I discuss the matter with the ** he assures me the reimbusement is coming. It is now November 15th and I haven't heard anything despite going to Junction tire and asking ****** to email his **. At this point, I don't believe the ** has any intention of reimbursing me for the rental.
