7/28/2014 . The classroom isn't working sites not loading for two weeks in a row and I do not agree with the grading manners. The information was not presented fully not taken into account when grading. I feel to spend fifty thousand on a education I should be able to acess all the required or recommended information, and that once notified of a issue it should be fixed promptly. I do not see the value of going into debt for a partial education.
This customer had a NEUTRAL experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Report Abuse I would like my bill cancelled since it was week two of first class and the site maintained being broken on electronic reserve readings from day one when I noticed and filed with tech support who disconnected me still it remained broken equalling a partial educational the end of week two also tyriah miller the instructor should be looked at for her professional ethics as I feel she let personal issues cloud her judgement and work. Also when the investor was notified of the prop room, she told me I began need to fix it with tech-support who it disconnected me earlier. I explained to the professor I had a death in the family and I was unable to do so. Professor said "I'm sorry to hear that my condolences (I have screenshots of this) however when you get a minute make sure to call them." I feel the professor should've been able to handle this issue on her own when she was notified of the ongoing problem. Also it would be nice to be able to reach someone during the time where someone has a problem to talk to about situations like this. I was unable to reach anyone. by Mitsy W. on 7/31/2014
