            In February of this year, Renco replaced the roofs in our condo complex. February 23rd, it rained and my roof leaked. They have yet to complete the repairs necessary to prevent additional leaks and give me the run around when I call. There is a scupper that needs to be replaced and it is now MAY. I want my roof repaired before we get into monsoon season.

            Renco was contracted by my HOA to service every roof in my condo community, the crew performing this service destroyed the thermostat wire to my HVAC unit and cost me $725.00 to have a new wire pulled, I spoke to a ************ at Renco who requested a copy of the repair invoice which I provided the same day. ************ sent me an email stating he would have a check cut and mailed to me that email is an admission of liability!It has been four days since he promised to pay!Am I wrong to believe ************ would expedite payment of the money owed me due to his employees carelessness?

            We appreciate your feedback **************** and very much apologize that the project did not go as you expected! Our goal is meet and exceed all of our clients expectations. In researching this project, it is clear that we made a mistake with the A/C wire and as a consequence, we agreed to cover the expenses associated with that. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced in the meantime! Our intent is first of all, not make any mistakes like this, and secondly, to remedy any mistakes we do make such that we leave you happy with our work and service. It looks like we received the invoice from you on 2/26, a request for a check to be mailed to you was made first thing on 2/27, and a check was mailed out to you on 2/29. If that does not meet your timetable, I apologize, and hope that you can contact us at ************** to let us know what we can do to rectify this for you!
