    About a year ago, we contacted Hays regarding water spots in our bedroom ceiling as they installed the
    roofing in our house. They sent some on to paint over the spots in the ceiling.

    This year we contacted them again as water spots had begun appearing again in the bedroom. They
    didn't respond, and we contacted them again as with about two weeks of it raining every day we had a
    big, big puddle of water in the hallway and also in the bedroom. The water problem was so bad that no
    amount of trying to soak it up with towels helped, more water would come up. Water also begun leaking
    down the bedroom wall. Then further out of the ceiling and leaking on to our triple dresser. We put a
    towel down, and then had to put plastic containers since their was so much water leaking. They had
    come and looked at the problem and told us they would be in the following Monday to take care of the
    problem. Well two weeks later, after our constant complaining, they finally show up.

    They began pounding on the roof replacing the tiles. The water problem had gotten so bad that the
    ceiling in bedroom caved in and spread insulation, celing tile and made an ugly, ugly big, big mess on
    top of our bed and the whole bedroom furniture and floor.

    They cleaning up the mess in the bedroom only after we told them they had to clean up their mess. We
    also kept complaing of their needing to clean up the water that had seeped into the house. They send in
    a man who set up about a eight or nine machines that were blowing air to clean up the water. He also
    installed a lung machine since my husband had just been released from the hospital with lung problems.
    These machines were noisy, noisy, loud as they could be. They were here for two days and finally Rey
    got the man to come by and pick them up. We spent two miserable days sleeping in the ** room
    because the machines were the way and were too noise. As a matter of fact we even had problems
    getting into our bathrooms because there wa so much equipment.

    Then the dry ****** came by and began working on getting the big hole, about five foot by five foot,
    repaired. He did that and painted the ceiling, but has to come back and finish paining.

    After he gets that done, we still have to get our carpet cleaned. Meanwhile, we have items scattered
    throughout the house that we had to remove from the bedroom and hallway. We also had to take all the
    drawers off the dresser, so the machines could be installed and have to leave it that way so they can
    clean the carpets. Hopefully, they will do right by us and get the carpet shampoed after the painting is
    done. Rey is, of course, ***** that they did the roof right and there will be no more leaks, but with the
    history we have with them, we are very *****.

    Hays recently did our roof. ****** was so informative and knowledgeable in his initial visit. He explained code requirements and upgrades/changes that had to be made to our roof. We requested a 2nd visit with ****** to try and understand everything more precisely after meeting with several other companies. He was patient and detailed with his explanations of the process and scope of work. We decided to use Hays and I cant tell you how happy we are. We did have too wait about 6 weeks for them to start due to there back log. But the process was efficient & smooth. A few days of dirt, debris, and noise but we love our new tile and are very confident in the underlayment and flashing system that Hays installed.
