Last night i got home at 6:30pm & walked into the bathroom & slipped, i was able to catch myself with the wall in time- i reached out to the new on-site property manager *****- expressed my concerns with sewer water flooding my bathroom *************** i entered a maintenance request on the tenant portal. I also advised her the main line is backed up & it happens here often as she is new to the property . I text ***** to let her know it was entered & i began to clean up the bathroom floor. This went on a few hours because my unit is on a shared wall & when a neighbor flushes, plunges or uses the water it pushes sewer water up and it comes out the base of the toilet floods the floor & comes up from the shower drain. I messaged ***** for an eta throughout the night because i had to keep cleaning up new sewer water continuously & will be going to ******* take a night med that when i get up to use the bathroom i am sleep walking & i just had head surgery & don't want to slip & fall & don't want hazardous waste on my floor. I also text & emailed property mngt team *************************************************** to try to get a plumber out for this emergency. I received no response from ************ stopped responding to my texts, so i text her i was going over to express my concerns & she replied no that would not help. I dried the floor before i went to *******n the middle of the night i went to the bathroom and slipped & fell on new sewer water that re flooded the bathroom floor. I was able to break my fall & landed on my bottom hard. I had hazardous waste all over me & unable to shower due to it flooded still. I did the best with cleaning myself with paper towels & had to go to bed with hazardous waste in my *********** on my bed. When i woke i text ***** to let her know i fell, emailed ************ to let them know i fell & have not received any response from all 3 not even to see if I'm ok. My body hurts, sore all over. I don't think anything is broken & will call my Dr for direction
