Christian Brothers Plumbing was called out because my house drains were backing up in showers and bathtubs when toilet was flushed.After an inspection with a camera they indicated there was a break in drain pipe under driveway, On 9/24/2022, I agreed to the work to fix it for $5652. They cut out a 4x4 section of concrete in the driveway to access the pipe and replace the bad section. Soon after they did the repair, my drains backed up again! They returned (9/27) to the problem for the second time in the same area, got it to flow temporarily, and told me not to use name brand toilet paper. Shortly after they left the second time, the same exact thing happened! Except this time they had the nerve to charge $512 (on 10/4) to see what the problem was (in addition to the original fee of $5,652). Christian Brothers camera man said there were nothing wrong with the pipe and that it was my fault.At this point I had had it and called a different plumbing company. They identified the problem 2 seconds.They determined Christian Brothers replacement was not done correctly, nor to industry standard. The repair was not even connected to the original pipe. I have video proof and pictures to prove it. There was still a giant root ball causing the back *** 3 away from the repair Christian brothers tried to make. The camera showed this clear as day. Never in my life have I felt so robbed, violated and lied to from a company. They took my money and ran. Do not use Christian brothers Plumbing Company
